About Us

At Your Service was founded by 3rd generation business owner James V. Carvalho Jr. upon graduating from college in 1993. Jay had previously worked with a small limousine company in his hometown from 1985-1989 and was open to the possibility to do so again. With a business loan and the suggestion of a new name from his parents, At Your Service got the wheels rolling in April of 1993. This one limousine part-time venture quickly grew into full-time with multiple vehicles, providing executive transportation, luxury transportation and special event transportation. Growing up, Jay saw first hand the dedication his family showed towards their clients. The old adage, "If you don't take care of your clients, someone else will." was always in the back of his mind. This philosophy is at the heart of the At Your Service team and a major factor in the longevity of the company.

"Our goal back then, and still to this day is quite simple, to operate a professional livery service, offering that special family touch. We build long lasting relationships with our clients through the At Your Service way," said Carvalho. "We view our clients as you would a guest in your home. We greet you at the door and make sure that you are comfortable during your stay. When you are ready to leave, we thank you for your visit and wish you well."  Carvalho continues, "Myself, and my team offer you a heartfelt thank you for visiting us over the years.
